Samsung Cellular Modem, Modem and Antenna

Product Overview

The Samsung Cellular Modem (CY-CRSYK046) provides a managed wireless data connection for Samsung commercial displays and outdoor LED signage where wired networking is impractical. Supplied as a modem and antenna kit, it gives integrators a path to remote content delivery and device management over a cellular network. It is intended for digital signage deployments that need network connectivity without running structured cabling to the display. The kit is a Samsung commercial AV accessory and is not sold as a consumer router.

Product Description

The CY-CRSYK046 cellular modem and antenna kit lets a Samsung commercial display or outdoor LED installation reach a content management system over a carrier cellular link. For sites where Ethernet or Wi-Fi backhaul is unavailable or cost-prohibitive, a cellular connection keeps signage online for content updates, scheduling, and remote monitoring. The kit pairs the modem with an external antenna to improve signal reception in challenging mounting locations, including outdoor and free-standing structures. Integrators typically specify cellular connectivity for transit signage, outdoor menu boards, and remote kiosks that operate away from a building network. Because it is a Samsung-branded accessory, it is designed to work within Samsung's commercial signage ecosystem. A valid cellular data plan from a carrier is required for operation and is not included. Confirm carrier compatibility and coverage at the install site before deployment.
