Salamander Unifi Huddle Cabinet w/Dual Mount, Siena - Gray Oak Veneer - D1/338AM2/SN/GO/BK

Product Overview

The Salamander Unifi Huddle D1/338AM2/SN/GO/BK is a mobile AV cabinet with an integrated dual display mount, finished in Siena Gray Oak veneer. It carries two displays, the room electronics, and a camera position in one rolling assembly. Gray Oak is the cool-toned wood option, coordinating with gray and concrete interiors.

Product Description

Dual-mount is specified where a huddle room needs separate content and people displays. Sharing one screen between a presentation and the far-end video shrinks remote participants into a corner, and in a room built specifically for video collaboration that undermines the entire investment.

Inside, a 3RU vertical rack and adjustable trays take the codec, switcher, and control processor, with cable management running through the open interior and up the raceway to both displays. The aluminium chassis carries two-panel load plus equipment in a mobile assembly, and the cabinet relocates when the floor plan changes.

Competitor Comparison

Three products cover the small-room AV credenza brief. Competitor prices are list figures at time of writing and change.

How to choose: the AVTEQ is the closer like-for-like on price and also removes the wall mount, so it is worth quoting alongside this cabinet on cost-led projects. The Unifi Huddle is the stronger pick where the room needs two displays on one column, a published display weight rating, or a wood veneer that will sit beside existing millwork. The Middle Atlantic C5-FF27 wins outright when rack density is the priority and the display is already wall-mounted. Talk to our AV team to size a cabinet against a real equipment list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why specify dual displays in a small room?

So content and far-end video get their own screens rather than sharing one. On a shared screen, remote participants shrink into a corner — which defeats the purpose of a video-first room.

What display sizes does the dual mount support?

Panel weight rather than diagonal size governs compatibility. Confirm make, model, weight, and VESA pattern for both displays with our team before ordering.

How does it ship?

At 260 lb this is LTL freight. Contact our team for delivery, assembly, and integration scheduling.
