Salamander Factory Installed 30" Extended Rear Panel w/ Active...
Some high-performance components give off a lot of heat, so they need effective cooling to ensure they're operating at their best. And for "always on" components, such as DVRs, sometimes natural airflow just isn't enough. The Salamander Designs SA/XR30/AC extended rear panel features two 120mm whisper-quiet fans to provide cooling when your components need it. A built-in thermostat activates the fans when the temperature inside the cabinet reaches 80°. In addition to providing reliable airflow for cooling, the extended panel also adds 3-1/2" to the depth of the cabinet. The panel's designed for use with select Chameleon racks and Synergy cabinets.
