Product Overview

The RGB Spectrum MediaWall 1900 is a 24x2 video wall processor built for mission-critical control rooms, command centers, and security operations centers that need many sources on a multi-screen display. This rack-mount display processor accepts up to 24 DVI, HDMI, and RGB inputs and drives two DVI single-link outputs, showing up to eight fully scalable windows across the wall. Built on RGB Spectrum's real-time embedded operating system, it delivers full-frame-rate processing with no dropped frames, HDCP compliance, and hardened security with no PC vulnerabilities. It is a dependable choice for integrators specifying a secure video wall processor for government, military, and enterprise deployments.

Product Description

The MediaWall 1900 uses a purpose-built hardware architecture that dedicates processing resources to each input, so every source is rendered at full frame rate, color sampling, and pixel rate without skipped frames or image tearing. It accepts DVI, HDMI 1.3a, and analog RGB/YPbPr signals supporting graphics up to 1920 x 1200 and HD inputs up to 2048 x 1152, and outputs to two displays or projectors at up to 1920 x 1200 and 2048 x 1080 per output. Up to eight multi-format windows can be placed anywhere on the wall, in any size, across screen boundaries, with edge-blend overlap and bezel compensation for clean tiled arrays.

Windows can be displayed in correct aspect ratio, stretched to fit, shown full screen, or zoomed to highlight areas of interest, and preferred layouts can be saved as presets and recalled instantly. The unit is enclosed in a rugged 2RU rack-mount chassis designed for 24/7 operation, and on power restoration it reboots immediately and returns every window to its exact prior position. Operators control the system through a web browser for local or remote access, RS-232, Telnet over Gigabit Ethernet, or third-party controllers, with optional Single-Point KVM. Because the embedded operating system has no PC vulnerabilities, it resists the viruses and malware that affect PC-based walls, which makes it well suited to secure command-center environments. Integrators can compare it with the rest of our video wall processors or explore command-center options on our command and control solutions page.
