The Visix hosted setup fee covers the work performed by Visix's team to configure your dedicated cloud environment on Microsoft Azure, establish the AxisTV Signage Suite CMS instance, and prepare your system for production use. This initial configuration work is performed by the same professional services team responsible for all Visix implementations, ensuring that your hosted environment is configured correctly from the start.
The setup fee covers the provisioning of your hosted content management server, configuration of the cloud environment, and the initial project onboarding process that Visix conducts with each new deployment. As Visix states, each cloud-hosted project receives support from the professional services team to configure the solution and train the team on the technology. The one-time fee structure means that once your system is operational, ongoing costs are limited to the annual per-player software subscription fee — no recurring setup or activation charges.
