Product Description
In an RCU2S system, the head-end module connects to the codec, room PC, or USB host at the equipment rack and links to the RCU2S-CE camera-end module over the SCTLink CAT cable. The platform supports USB cameras from Poly, Logitech, Jabra, Panasonic, AVer, Biamp, and other manufacturers depending on kit configuration, carrying USB 2.0 video, RS-232 serial control, and camera power on the single link. When troubleshooting isolates a fault to the host side, replacing only the RCU2S-HE restores full system operation without disturbing the camera-end module, camera cabling, or the field-run CAT link.
