The Renkus-Heinz SA28-RN is a self-powered dual eight-inch subwoofer with integrated RHAON II network control, engineered for networked commercial installations that need compact, controlled low-frequency support. Its twin SSL8-23 woofers deliver output comparable to a single 12-inch sub in a cabinet roughly two-thirds the volume, paired with an SA1250-RN amplifier module and onboard DSP. As a compact networked subwoofer, it complements Renkus-Heinz full-range and steerable loudspeakers in houses of worship, multi-purpose rooms, and commercial meeting spaces.
Product Description
The dual eight-inch SX/SA28 platform provides power and punch equal to most single 12-inch subwoofers in a cabinet that is two-thirds the volume, making it easy to integrate where space is limited. Large ports keep forceful bass free of chuffing or fluttering noise. The built-in SA1250 amplifier is factory-matched to the woofers for optimal damping and multi-band limiting, removing the need for external amplifier racks and long speaker-cable runs. Controlled through RHAON II, the onboard DSP offers eight fully parametric EQ filters, high and low shelf filters, high and low pass filters, and up to 340 ms of delay. Sixteen M10 Universal Mounting points and an M20 pole adapter support flexible deployment.
