The DR18-2B-RN uses two RH model SSL18-7 18-inch cone woofers in a heavily braced 13-ply hardwood enclosure, driven by an integrated Renkus-Heinz SA2000 amplifier module. The SA2000 can be configured for a single channel of 2000 W into 4 ohms, ideal for the cabinet's dual-woofer load. Native DSP provides delay, equalization, and nine preset memories, while RHAON II delivers Ethernet-based control, monitoring, and loudspeaker management across the system. Inputs include analog and AES/EBU, and the proprietary Amplifier Mute engages during program pauses. Frequency response spans 32 Hz to 120 Hz for natural, uncolored sub-bass.
