The Renkus-Heinz DR18-2B-RD-WR is the weather-resistant version of the self-powered DR18-2B-RD dual 18-inch subwoofer, combining an integrated SA2000-RD amplifier module, RHAON II network control, and dual-redundant Dante in a cabinet protected for covered outdoor and high-humidity environments. This powered 18-inch subwoofer brings deep, controlled low frequency and fault-tolerant audio transport to outdoor stages, stadiums, themed venues, and exterior worship spaces.
Product Description
The DR18-2B-RD-WR uses two RH model SSL18-7 18-inch cone woofers in a heavily braced 13-ply hardwood enclosure with weather-resistant treatment and the PM3-WRKIT-style protective amplifier cover. The integrated SA2000 amplifier module can be configured for a single channel of 2000 W into 4 ohms. The -RD configuration adds dual-redundant Dante alongside the standard analog and AES/EBU inputs, carrying audio and RHAON II control with automatic failover. Native DSP provides delay, equalization, and nine preset memories, and the proprietary Amplifier Mute engages during program pauses. Frequency response extends from 32 Hz to 120 Hz for natural, uncolored sub-bass even in exposed installations.
