The Renkus-Heinz CX81 is an externally powered 8-inch two-way point-source loudspeaker, part of the in-stock C Series for permanent install applications. It combines an 8-inch heavy-duty woofer and a 1-inch titanium HF driver on a rotatable Complex Conic waveguide, with a built-in passive crossover. As an install loudspeaker, it suits fills, delays, and distributed systems in conference rooms, boardrooms, and house-of-worship spaces.

The C Series delivers premium point-source performance for installation at a competitive price, kept in stock for immediate shipment in black or white. The CX81 features an 8-inch heavy-duty woofer and a 1-inch Extended Range titanium HF driver, with a 120° x 60° Complex Conic horn that rotates 90° for wide or deep rooms. A built-in crossover eliminates the need for a separate electronic crossover and bi-amplification. Connections are made through screw terminals and looping 4-pin Neutrik Speakon-style connectors. The CX81 can be field-upgraded to a self-powered CA81 using a Renkus-Heinz SA625 amplifier module. Twelve-point Universal Mounting Hardware supports flown, bracket, and discreet wall mounting.
