What is the RDL TX-LC2?
The RDL TX-LC2 actively mixes two unbalanced -10 dBV line-level sources into one balanced mono output. It combines a stereo source to mono or mixes two separate sources for a balanced line.
How does it work?
The high-impedance inputs are isolated from each other, so the module can bridge an unbalanced stereo source without affecting stereo separation. An active summing amplifier mixes the signals, and gain is adjustable from -10 to +10 dB relative to the +4 dBu output. The 150 Ω balanced output drives high or low impedance, balanced or unbalanced lines with 10 Hz to 20 kHz (±0.25 dB) response. It runs from a 24 Vdc supply such as the PS-24AX power supply, or from 12 Vdc with reduced headroom; for unbalanced dual outputs, see the TX-MX2R.
