What is the RDL TX-AT1?
The RDL TX-AT1 is a single-channel 600 Ω 1:1 audio isolation transformer with terminal block connections. It provides studio-quality galvanic isolation between balanced or unbalanced equipment and a balanced or unbalanced line.
How does it work?
Barrier block connections carry the input and output, and a common ground terminal connects to the metal support structure. The 1:1 transformer has 600 Ω bifilar primary and secondary windings and is optimized to be driven from a low-impedance source into a bridging load. Either winding may be wired unbalanced, converting between balanced and unbalanced lines. RDL specifies 20 Hz to 20 kHz (±0.1 dB) response, THD below 0.035%, and CMRR above 85 dB. RDL lists TX mounting accessories such as the TX-RA5 19-inch racking system and MB-1 mounting kit for this module.
