RDL ST-MX3 – 3-Channel Line-Level Audio Mixer
What is the RDL ST-MX3?
The RDL ST-MX3 is a three-channel line-level audio mixer in the STICK-ON series. It adds line inputs to an existing mixer or combines sources of different level, impedance or balance.
How does it work?
Three 30 kΩ bridging inputs accept balanced or unbalanced signals, each with gain adjustable from -14 dB to +24 dB. The 400 Ω output drives low or high impedance, balanced or unbalanced loads at a +4 dBu nominal level. Frequency response is 10 Hz to 20 kHz (±0.5 dB) with 18 dB headroom and isolation between input signals. SupplyFlex power accepts ground-referenced, floating or bipolar 24 Vdc at 55 mA, such as from the RDL PS-24AX. For microphone-level inputs, RDL recommends the ST-UMX3 universal mixer.
What are the key features?
- Three line inputs — Each input has its own gain adjustment.
- Mixed-format sources — Balanced, unbalanced and different-level signals combine cleanly.
- Input isolation — Inputs are isolated from one another.
- Balanced line output — The output drives balanced or unbalanced loads.
- SupplyFlex power input — It runs from ground-referenced, floating or bipolar 24 Vdc.
