RDL ST-LCR1H – High Power Logic Controlled Relay, 8 A
What is the RDL ST-LCR1H?
The RDL ST-LCR1H is a high power logic controlled relay with 8 A DPDT contacts for switching speaker lines. It adds heavy-duty switching to nearly any control signal in commercial AV systems.
How does it work?
The relay closes when a control signal is applied and releases when it is removed. It can be activated from a 5 V input (3.5 to 12 Vdc), a 24 V input (12 to 35 Vdc) or a SLAVE terminal pulled to ground by a switch or open-collector output. RDL switching STICK-ON modules have open-collector outputs suited to driving it. The dry DPDT contacts are suited to switching many 8 Ω, 70.7 V or 100 V speaker lines, and an LED indicates relay activation. Power it from a 24 Vdc supply such as the RDL PS-24AX.
What are the key features?
- 8 A DPDT contacts — High power dry contacts switch speaker lines.
- Three control inputs — 5 Vdc, 24 Vdc or open-collector signals activate the relay.
- Speaker line switching — Contacts suit 8 Ω, 70.7 V and 100 V lines.
- LED status indicator — An LED shows when the relay is active.
