What is the RDL MBR-1U?
The RDL MBR-1U is an all-steel mounting kit with two brackets that hold standard 1 RU rack-mounted equipment on a flat surface or under a shelf. It is a practical way to install a rack-mount product in a credenza, lectern or cabinet with no equipment rack.
How does it work?
The two brackets mount to any flat surface or to the underside of a shelf. The equipment's rack ears fasten to the brackets using threads for either US #10-32 or metric M5 rack screws. The kit is compatible with 1 RU products from RDL and other manufacturers. It suits RDL racking accessories such as the RK-2U, HR-HRA1 and TX-RA5.
