RDL GB6 – Grounding Bar for TS-1D Transient Suppressors
What is the RDL GB6?
The RDL GB6 is a grounding bar for mounting and grounding RDL TS-1D transient suppressor modules. It supports installations that protect audio input and output circuits from transients induced on audio lines.
How does it work?
RDL designs the GB6 as the grounding accessory for its TS-1D modules, which protect audio circuits from the effects of transients induced on the audio lines. The TS-1D system addresses electrostatic discharge, induced transient voltage, RF interference and electromagnetic pulse. Mounting the suppressors on a common grounding bar gives them a shared ground point in the equipment rack or backbox. Contact Creation Networks for dimensions and mounting details before specifying.
What are the key features?
- Designed for TS-1D modules — The bar is built to ground RDL TS-1D transient suppressors.
- Common ground point — Multiple suppressors share one grounding reference.
- Part of the RDL EMC line — It supports protection against ESD, induced transients, RF interference and EMP.
