RDL EZ-MX4ML – 4x1 Mic and Stereo Line Audio Mixer
What is the RDL EZ-MX4ML?
The RDL EZ-MX4ML is a stereo audio mixer with two microphone inputs and two line inputs. It combines voice and music sources into one stereo output with LED VU metering.
How does it work?
Microphones connect through balanced XLR jacks that provide phantom voltage for condenser models. Both line inputs use RCA jacks, and one also includes a mini-jack for portable devices. Each input has its own level control, and left and right dual-LED VU meters simplify setup. It runs from a 24 Vdc supply such as the RDL PS-24AX 24 Vdc power supply. For permanent installs, the unit mounts in a 19-inch rack with the RDL EZ-RA6 rack adapter or under a counter with the EZ-UCB2 under-counter bracket pair.
What are the key features?
- Two mic inputs — Balanced XLR inputs accept dynamic or condenser microphones.
- Phantom voltage — The microphone inputs supply phantom voltage for condenser mics.
- Two line inputs — RCA jacks accept stereo sources, with a mini-jack on one input.
- Individual level controls — Each channel has its own level control for easy mixing.
- LED VU metering — Dual-LED meters for left and right make level adjustment straightforward.
