What is the RDL DB-PHN2?
The RDL DB-PHN2 is an all-steel Decora-style wall plate in black with dual RCA jacks. It is compatible with Decora-style mounting accessories and supports customizable front-panel text, making it a tidy connection point for conference rooms, classrooms, lecterns and multi-purpose spaces.
How does it work?
The two RCA jacks accept a stereo pair or two separate sources at the wall, with solder-type terminations for permanent cable runs. Solder connections suit permanent installations where a fixed, low-profile termination is preferred. The plate fits standard Decora-style openings, so it combines with RDL remote controls, other connector plates and RDL mounting hardware. Compatible RDL mounting accessories include the WB-1U universal wall box, SMB-1W, DC-1W desktop chassis and RM-D3, along with RDL CP-series cover plates such as the CP-1. RDL offers customizable front-panel text, so each connection can be labeled for its room or function.
