What is the RDL AMS-SW2?
The RDL AMS-SW2 is a DPDT latching pushbutton switch accessory for custom AV control panels. It gives integrators a panel-mounted switch for routing or control functions, wired through rear terminal blocks.
How does it work?
The AMS-SW2 mounts a DPDT latching pushbutton switch on a black satin powder-coated steel front plate and bracket. It mounts in RDL AMS mounting frames such as the RDL AMS-HR6 and RDL AMS-RU4, in RDL Decora-style connector plates such as the RDL D-D1T and RDL D-D2, or behind any equipment front panel that provides a standard D-style cutout. Two high-quality terminal blocks provide the connections, and the switch is rated for a maximum switching power of 15 W (30 Vdc, 0.5 A). The module requires 2.08 in of depth behind the panel and is rated for -10° C to 60° C ambient operation.
