VESA mounting hardware is everywhere in commercial AV — display poles, ceiling drops, and articulating arms all terminate in the same standard hole pattern. The RCV-UNI takes advantage of that: it attaches to a standard VESA plate, letting integrators suspend a round-base PTZ camera from existing ceiling pole infrastructure instead of specifying camera-specific hardware. The base of the mount conceals cabling and houses the camera-end (CE) modules of SCT RC4, RC5, RCU2S, RCUSE, and RCU3SL extension kits, so a remotely extended camera needs no visible electronics at the mounting point.
