Product Overview
The SCT RCC-H005-1.0M is a 1.0-meter cable with a DB9 female connector on one end and an 8-pin Mini-DIN connector on the other, providing extended reach for SCT RCC host-end serial control wiring where the DB9-equipped codec or controller and the 8-pin Mini-DIN camera or module are separated by up to 1 meter. It is used in conference rooms and boardrooms with mixed-connector PTZ camera control systems.
Product Description
The RCC-H005-1.0M functions identically to the 0.4M RCC-H004 variant but provides 1.0 meter of cable for installations where the DB9 serial source and Mini-DIN camera or module are further apart. This cable connects the RS-232 serial control output of a codec or AV controller to an 8-pin Mini-DIN-equipped PTZ camera or RCC module in conference room and boardroom deployments. Commercial AV construction maintains reliable serial control signal integrity over the full 1-meter span.
