The Sound Control Technologies RC5-URM is a multi-manufacturer HDMI camera extension kit that carries HDMI video, IP/Ethernet camera control, and 12V DC power up to 100 meters over a single CAT cable. Built on the RemoteCam5 (RC5 Gen2) platform with SCTLink technology, the RC5-URM supports PTZ and tracking cameras from ClearOne, Crestron, Lumens, MaxHub, Minrray, and VHD. Product Description

When a PTZ camera needs to live at the rear of a boardroom, on a ceiling pole, or across a large training room, native HDMI cabling falls short. The RC5-URM pairs a camera-end RC5-CE module with a head-end RC5-HE module over one installer-supplied CAT run up to 100 meters (328 ft), transporting video, Ethernet control, and camera power on the same cable. Supported cameras include the ClearOne Unite 200, Crestron IV-CAM-I12-B and IV CAM 12P, Lumens VC-TR1, MaxHub UC P20, Minrray UV430 and UV570, and VHD VX110, VX710N, VX701L, and VX120. The kit ships with HDMI and UTP camera cables, the PPC-004 DC power cable, head-end HDMI and UTP cables, and a WPS-12 power supply. As an RC5 Gen2 kit it provides Cisco Control Hub integration, diagnostics, and field-upgradeable firmware, and the head end is backwards compatible with existing RC5-CE modules.
