The Sound Control Technologies RC4-URM-S is a RemoteCam4 project pack pairing the RC4-URM HDMI camera extension kit with the RC-RK2 single-RU rack shelf for clean head-end mounting in the equipment rack. The RC4-URM supports PTZ cameras and codecs from multiple manufacturers, including Poly RealPresence Group Series 300/500/700/7500 codecs, ClearOne Unite 200, Crestron IV-CAM-I12-B, Lumens VC-B30U and VC-TR1, MaxHub UC P20, Minrray UV430 and UV570, and VHD VX110/VX120/VX701L/VX710N. The RC4-URM-S combines all RC4-URM base kit components—RC4-CE camera module, RC4-HE head-end/codec module, camera- and codec-specific cable set, and WPS-12 power supply—with the RC-RK2 rack shelf. The -S suffix indicates the rack shelf is included; no camera wall mount is supplied. The RC-RK2 is a single-RU shelf with 9-inch depth that holds the RC4-HE head-end module and power supply with rear cable access, giving AV integrators a tidy, serviceable rack installation at the codec location. SCTLink carries video, serial control, and camera power over one installer-supplied CAT cable, eliminating separate power and control runs to the camera position.
