The Sound Control Technologies RC4-URM-K is a RemoteCam4 project pack pairing the RC4-URM HDMI camera extension kit with an RCM-series on-wall camera mount for a clean, permanent camera installation. The RC4-URM supports PTZ cameras and codecs from multiple manufacturers, including Poly RealPresence Group Series 300/500/700/7500 codecs, ClearOne Unite 200, Crestron IV-CAM-I12-B, Lumens VC-B30U and VC-TR1, MaxHub UC P20, Minrray UV430 and UV570, and VHD VX110/VX120/VX701L/VX710N. Using SCTLink™ technology, the kit extends HDMI video, RS-232 PTZ control, and 12V DC camera power up to 100 meters over a single CAT cable.

Product Description

The RC4-URM-K combines all RC4-URM base kit components—RC4-CE camera module, RC4-HE head-end/codec module, camera- and codec-specific cable set, and WPS-12 power supply—with an RCM-series dual-gang on-wall camera mount. The -K suffix indicates the camera wall mount is included; no rack shelf is supplied. The wall mount positions the camera and RC4-CE module neatly at the display wall, reducing on-site fabrication for AV integrators. SCTLink carries video, serial control, and camera power over one installer-supplied CAT cable, eliminating separate power and control runs to the camera position.
