The Sound Control Technologies RC4-PHD is a commercial-grade camera extension kit for Cisco PrecisionHD 1080p 12x, 4xS1, and 720p 7x cameras paired with the Cisco SX80 and C-Series codecs. Using SCTLink™ technology, the RC4-PHD extends video, camera control, and 12V DC camera power up to 100 meters over a single CAT cable. Product Description

The RC4-PHD solves the distance limitation between a Cisco SX80 or C-Series codec and its PrecisionHD camera in boardroom and large conference room installations. The kit covers the broadest set of legacy PrecisionHD models in the RC4 family, spanning the 1080p 12x, 1080p 4xS1, and 720p 7x cameras. The RC4-CE camera module installs at the camera position and the RC4-HE head-end module installs at the codec; a single installer-supplied CAT cable between them carries video, camera control, and 12V DC power up to 100 meters. Control passes transparently, so pan, tilt, zoom, and presets operate exactly as with a direct connection.
