The Sound Control Technologies RC4-P40-S is a project pack combining the RC4-P40 HDMI camera extension kit with an RC-RK2 1RU rack shelf, designed for Panasonic AW-HE20, AW-UE20, AW-HE38H, AW-HN38H, AW-HE42, AW-UE70, and AW-UN70 PTZ cameras. SCTLink™ technology extends HDMI video, RS-232 Visca PTZ control, and 12V DC camera power up to 100 meters over a single CAT cable. The RC-RK2 rack shelf provides organized 1RU mounting for the RC4-HE head-end module in a standard equipment rack.
Product Description
The RC4-P40-S includes all RC4-P40 base kit components—RC4-CE camera module, RC4-HE head-end module, Panasonic-specific cable set (HDMI, Visca out, Visca loop, DC power), and WPS-12 power supply—plus the RC-RK2 1RU rack shelf. The RC-RK2 holds up to two SCT head-end modules per rack unit, useful when multiple camera extension systems share a rack. The extension system carries HDMI video, RS-232 Visca control, and 12V camera power over one CAT cable. No programming is required. The -S suffix indicates the rack shelf is included without a camera wall mount.
