Product Overview
The Sound Control Technologies RC-RKB is a blank filler plate for SCT purpose-built rack shelves. It covers unused module positions on shelves such as the RC-RK2, RC-RK4, and RC-RKM, giving partially populated rack shelf faceplates a finished, professional appearance. Integrators specify the RC-RKB when a room's module count leaves open positions on the shelf.
Product Description
SCT rack shelves are sized for multiple head-end modules, and not every installation fills every position. The RC-RKB blank closes the gap, maintaining a uniform front panel, keeping dust and stray cabling out of open slots, and preserving the option to add modules later as rooms are expanded. The plate installs in the standard module position using the same mounting approach as SCT head-end modules, so a future module swap is a simple one-for-one change. Construction is commercial-grade steel matching the SCT rack shelf family finish.
