The Q-SYS Core Nano and Core 8 Flex are compact network AV processors suited to single-room deployments in conference rooms, huddle rooms, and mid-size commercial meeting spaces. When a design on either of these platforms requires additional DSP headroom, more network audio channels, or additional AEC and peripheral capacity, the SLCS20-8N-P Capacity Scaling License provides that expansion in software without replacing the hardware. With the scaling license applied, Q-LAN/AES67 network audio channels double from 64x64 to 128x128, DSP processing power doubles from 1x to 2x, softphone count doubles from 2 to 4, AEC processors at 200ms double from 8 to 16, NM-T1 microphone support increases from 3 to 6, media/WAN network channels double from 12x12 to 24x24, and Q-SYS peripheral count increases from 32 to 48.
