Product Overview
The Q-SYS RMP-100 is the main processing component of the RoomSuite Modular System. Designed with simplicity and scalability in mind, the RoomSuite Modular System supports a variety of collaboration platforms and BYOD configurations. The RMP-100 is available as a bundle with the QIO-VEN4 expander. Its built-in PoE+ switch can power a variety of Q-SYS components, including NL, NC, and NM endpoints, as well as third-party microphones. The RMP-100 can be configured via a simple web-based workflow or remotely managed and monitored with Q-SYS Reflect, and does not require Q-SYS Designer Software.
Product Description
The RMP-100 Room Processor ships with surface mounting hardware for under-table or wall installations, but many commercial AV deployments require or prefer rack-mounted equipment for cable management, security, and serviceability. The RMP-RMK rack mount kit provides the necessary hardware to install the RMP-100 in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. The RMP-100's physical dimensions (10.5 x 8.6 x 1.7 in) and half-rack form factor are accommodated by the RMP-RMK's mounting tray and rail hardware. This accessory is sold separately from the RS-MOD-BB base bundle and the RMP-100, and is intended for installations where the room processor will be located in a dedicated AV rack rather than mounted at the display or table location. No additional tools beyond standard rack installation are required.
