Product Overview
The QSC QIO-LVR4 is a Q-SYS network relay expander providing four low-voltage relay contacts for switching external devices, powering indicator LEDs, controlling motorized screens and shades, releasing door hardware, and other contact-closure control applications. It connects to the Q-SYS network via Ethernet and is managed entirely within Q-SYS Designer Software — relay state, timing logic, and event-triggered switching are all programmed in the Q-SYS environment without a separate relay controller. Unlike GPIO pins, the QIO-LVR4 provides dedicated relay contacts rated for appropriate switching currents for typical AV control loads.
