The enclosure features integrated retractable rigging hardware, allowing arrays of up to 10 PL-SUB18 units — or combined arrays of 3 PL-SUB18 plus 10 PL-LA12 line array elements — to be flown safely. The input cup is IP65-rated and accepts dual Speakon NL4 connectors plus a 4-pole Euroblock, ensuring flexible wiring and a weatherproof seal. When deployed in pairs or larger groupings, the PL-SUB18 supports cardioid bass configurations via Q-SYS processing, allowing installers to reduce rear-firing energy and maximize front-of-house coverage.
