Product Description
The PL-SUB15 houses a 15-inch woofer with a 4-inch voice coil in a bass-reflex enclosure built from exterior-grade plywood with polyurea paint. It delivers 124 dB continuous SPL and 136 dB peak SPL, with frequency response extending to 38 Hz (–6 dB). The enclosure includes four M10 bottom rigging points and four M10 side rigging points, enabling integration with the PL-CA12 loudspeaker for combined column arrays. The IP65-rated input cup provides dual Speakon NL4 connectors plus a 4-pole Euroblock for flexible amplifier connection. Like all PL Series subwoofers, the PL-SUB15 supports cardioid bass configuration when deployed in pairs or more, using Q-SYS processing to control directivity and minimize rear-stage energy buildup. The hydrophobic stainless steel mesh grille adds durability for environments with elevated humidity or dust exposure.
