Product Description

The PL-CA12 enclosure is built from 15 mm Baltic exterior plywood with a polyurea paint finish and IP54 environmental rating. The coaxial driver arrangement positions the HF compression driver at the acoustical center of the 12-inch neodymium LF cone, creating a unified acoustic source that delivers consistent coverage across the 80° conical pattern from low through high frequencies — a result of QSC's Directivity Matched Transition (DMT) technology. With 102 dB system sensitivity and 330 W continuous / 660 W rated power handling in passive mode, the PL-CA12 offers strong output for its enclosure size. The system also supports bi-amp operation for additional headroom. The IP65-rated input cup accepts dual Speakon NL4 connectors and a 4-pole Euroblock. Rigging points include top/bottom M6 pattern points, M10 attachment points, M8 yoke attachment, side M10 points, and rear pullback anchors, providing the same comprehensive rigging flexibility as the PL-CA15. The PL-CA12-YM-WH yoke mount (sold separately) is the recommended accessory for white-finish installations.
