Product Overview
The QSC LA108 is an 8-inch two-way active line array loudspeaker built for portable and installed sound reinforcement where uniform coverage and fast deployment matter. A 1300 W peak Class D amplifier drives a neodymium 8-inch woofer and 1.75-inch compression driver to a 134 dB peak SPL, while the QSC LEAF waveguide sets a defined 100-degree-by-15-degree pattern with strong throw. With onboard QSC AWARE array recognition, QSC SysNav control software, and Dante audio-over-IP, the LA108 is a networked line array that fits auditoriums, houses of worship, and touring or rental systems.
Product Description

The LA108 combines premium transducers with system intelligence so a single technician can design, deploy, and tune an array quickly. The 1300 W Class D module (1000 W LF / 300 W HF) includes power factor correction for low AC draw, and convection cooling keeps operation silent. QSC RapidDeploy rigging provides tool-free splay-angle setup, and onboard QSC AWARE communicates array configuration through the 2.4-inch full-color Rear User Interface or the QSC SysNav app, which also offers AIM array-coverage modeling. Dual etherCON ports carry Dante audio and SysNav control, integrating the loudspeaker into the Q-SYS Ecosystem via Q-SYS Inventory Extensions.
The LA108 can be flown in arrays of up to six with the dedicated array frame, ground-stacked up to four over a single LS118 subwoofer, or pole-mounted up to three. For larger venues, step up to the QSC LA112 12-inch line array, pair it with the QSC LS118 powered subwoofer for low-frequency extension, or add the LA108 array frame for flown deployments.
Key Features
- 1300 W peak Class D amplifier — Power factor correction and low AC consumption for clean output across an array.
- Neodymium transducers — 8-inch woofer and 1.75-inch compression driver with polyimide diaphragm for low-distortion output at high SPL.
- QSC LEAF waveguide — Defined 100-degree-by-15-degree coverage with coherent wavefronts and extended throw.
- QSC AWARE array recognition — Auto-detects array configuration and reports setup data via the Rear User Interface or SysNav app.
- QSC RapidDeploy rigging — Tool-free, single-operator splay-angle adjustment for fast setup.
- Dante and Q-SYS integration — Dual etherCON ports for Dante audio-over-IP and SysNav control within the Q-SYS Ecosystem.
- Flexible deployment — Fly up to six with the array frame, ground-stack up to four over an LS118, or pole-mount up to three.
