Product Overview

The QSC Attero Tech Zip4-3G is a 4-button Dante/AES67 IP paging interface for the communication needs of large venues. It routes paging audio and bi-directional status data over a Dante or AES67 network to the Q-SYS Ecosystem, a third-party AV system, or a Paging Management System to distribute paging to up to four zones.

Built on a solid brushed-aluminum faceplate with a backlit keypad, the 3-gang Zip4-3G installs at desktops or in walls and integrates directly with the Q-SYS PA Router.

Product Description

The Zip4-3G sends IP audio over Dante or AES67 from the station to a DSP or Paging Management System for distribution to up to four zones, with bi-directional status data for zone confirmation. A front-panel RJ-45 jack serves as the push-to-talk microphone input, with a P-type clamp below the connector for strain relief and a latching metal clamp to hold the PTT microphone (sold separately) when not in use.

Zone or group selection and zone-status identification are handled on a backlit keypad. The interface installs into a standard 3-gang US wall box or rework bracket, and also supports desktop mounting with Attero Tech's 3-Gang Desktop Enclosure plus a gooseneck microphone (enclosures and mic sold separately).
