The PTZOptics and HuddleCam Universal Ceiling Mount (PT-CM-1-WH) is a professional PTZ camera ceiling mount designed for small-to-mid-base PTZ cameras in conference rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and other permanent AV installations. Compatible with PTZOptics Move 4K (12X, 20X), Move SE, Link 4K (12X, 20X), and a wide range of third-party PTZ cameras, it installs to drop ceilings, drywall ceilings, and wood ceilings using included hardware. A 10-year limited warranty is standard.

Product Description

Ceiling-mounted PTZ cameras provide an unobstructed field of view across a room and keep equipment out of the audience sightlines, making the PT-CM-1-WH a preferred mounting option for conference rooms, lecture halls, and houses of worship. The mount attaches to the ceiling and positions the PTZ camera in an inverted orientation, which PTZOptics cameras handle natively through the camera's image flip setting.

The PT-CM-1-WH uses the industry-standard 1/4-20 camera attachment thread and is sized for small-to-mid-base cameras with base widths compatible with the standard tray. For larger-base cameras including the Move 4K 30X and Link 4K 30X, the PT-CM-3-WH is the correct selection. The mount includes all hardware required for three ceiling types: drop/T-bar ceiling, drywall, and wood, so AV installers can proceed without sourcing additional anchors or fasteners.

Cable access is accommodated in the mount design, allowing signal and power cabling to route to the camera without exposed runs. Published setup guides and CAD drawings are available from PTZOptics for integration into system design documentation. The white finish matches standard ceiling tiles and white camera bodies used in most corporate and institutional AV deployments.
