This onsite Smart Hands uplift provides a technician to physically install and connect a peripheral added to an existing Poly video solution. It complements the remote installation service by handling the hands-on portion at the site. It must be ordered with the remote peripheral installation service PROAFTINST2. It is intended for integrators and IT teams whose room upgrades require onsite mounting, cabling, or device placement. Pricing is per eligible system, so quantity matches the number of rooms.
