Product Description
Environments with more infrastructure devices than the base upgrade covers use additional-product services to complete the upgrade. This service upgrades one additional Poly Clariti Platform infrastructure product and applies to both remote and onsite delivery, matching the method of the base service. A Poly engineer executes the upgrade, validates functionality, and confirms operation after the change. See the service description for specific details on covered products and prerequisites. It must be purchased with the base upgrade service PRO8279001 (onsite) or PRO8279005 (remote). Order additional quantities to cover each extra infrastructure device. Delivered during normal business hours; out-of-hours delivery is available under a separate part code. Contact the Creation Networks AV team to scope a full-environment upgrade.
