Product Description

Custom UC and AV initiatives often require expert consulting that falls outside published, fixed-scope SKUs. This service provides a Poly professional services consultant at a daily rate during normal business hours to advise on design, configuration, or deployment. The engagement's focus is defined by a Consulting Effort and Schedule Agreement form, which scopes the work before delivery. It is intended for integrators and enterprises with specialized requirements that standard services do not cover. This SKU cannot be used in lieu of a published SKU where one exists for the task. Travel and expenses are excluded and should be budgeted separately for onsite work. Use additional quantities to reserve multiple consulting days.
