This service implements optional High Availability for Poly Clariti Manager. It adds redundancy to a new or already-implemented Clariti Manager deployment for resilient endpoint management. It suits organizations that require continuous provisioning and call-control uptime.
Product Description
Centralized endpoint management becomes business-critical as Clariti Manager scales, making High Availability an important safeguard. This service implements optional High Availability for Poly Clariti Manager, configuring redundancy so management services continue if a node fails. It can be applied to an already-implemented Clariti Manager or ordered in conjunction with a Clariti Manager implementation part code. A Poly engineer configures the HA pairing and validates failover behavior. It is intended for enterprises and integrators that require resilient provisioning, directory, and call-control services. Adding HA reduces the risk of management outages affecting voice and video endpoints. This is an add-on configuration service and assumes supported Clariti Manager infrastructure is in place.
