The PowerZone Connect 6008D delivers 750W per channel at 2 or 4 ohms in low-impedance mode, or up to 1200W per channel at 70V in high-impedance mode, with 6000W of total system power available across all 8 channels. As a Sonance PowerZone amplifier, it includes a Dante Ultimo chip with 4x4 connectivity, allowing the unit to receive networked audio channels directly from a Dante source without additional audio-over-IP hardware. Full-matrix DSP is configured through the built-in PowerZone Control web application, and S/PDIF digital input and output remain available for hybrid analog/digital signal chains. Configurable GPIO supports wall controllers and third-party automation systems, while Pascal UMAC Class-D amplification keeps the unit ErP and ENERGY STAR compliant. The 2U chassis is a practical addition to racks already running commercial audio amplifiers on a shared Dante network. A 5-year warranty backs the amplifier for long-term commercial use.
