Clarity Matrix G2 provides stunning 4K input capability and 10-bit color processing for better color depth and uniformity. To scale multiple sources across, Clarity Matrix G2 LCD video walls include Planar® Big Picture Plus™ Video Wall Processing. For applications that require an added layer of protection, Clarity Matrix G2 is available with Planar® ERO™ (Extended Ruggedness and Optics™), an optically-bonded glass front that provides increased ruggedness and optical performance for public spaces or interactive touch applications.

Simplified Installation and Service

Clarity Matrix G2 includes the Planar® EasyAxis™ Mounting System for perfect panel-to-panel alignment and an installed depth of just 3.6inches (91mm)-the thinnest in the industry. The displays integrate Planar® WallNet™ video wall health and status monitoring software with SNMP support.

With built-in video extension of up to 500 feet (150 meters), Clarity Matrix G2's installation flexibility eliminates cost and reliability concerns of using third-party cable extenders. Also, no AC power outlets are required behind the displays, and a single power supply module can now drive as many as eight displays, reducing the rack space requirement in half and further reducing the number of power outlets required.

24x7 Reliability and Security for Mission-Critical Applications

Clarity Matrix G2 features a unique off-board electronics design for maximum reliability and minimal downtime. Redundant power supply modules provide continuous operation even in the event of a power failure.

For government and military customers delivering highly sensitive information, the Clarity® Matrix® Fiber Video Extension option provides a more secure and longer distance option for extending the video signal from the Clarity Matrix G2's off-board electronics to the LCD video wall. The Clarity Matrix Fiber Video Extension provides integrated video extension over standard multi-mode or single-mode fiber optic cable, and can also incorporate an embedded USB extension in the fiber optic cable, eliminating the need for a third-party USB extender.
