The Peerless-AV ACC845 is an anti-vibration ceiling plate engineered for LCD projector mount installations on unistrut ceilings, reducing structural vibrations that can degrade image quality or cause long-term internal damage to projector optics and electronics.
Product Description
Unistrut ceiling grids are common in industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and mechanical spaces that have been adapted for presentation or training use. These structures can transmit mechanical vibrations from HVAC equipment, building systems, and foot traffic directly to a mounted projector, resulting in a shaky or blurred projected image. The ACC845 addresses this directly by absorbing and dampening those vibrations before they reach the projector.
The plate features two cord management access holes that allow power and signal cables to route cleanly through the ceiling plate, keeping the installation organized and reducing cable strain. A standard 1-1/2" 11.5 NPT fitting accepts an extension column for connecting the projector mount at the appropriate drop height. The plate is designed to attach directly to unistrut framing, making it a straightforward add-on to existing structural systems.
