Product Description

The PJF2-1 is the core mounting head of Peerless-AV's Vector Pro II projector mount system. It ships fully assembled and can be deployed in four distinct configurations: flush-mounted directly to a ceiling junction box, suspended on threaded rods, installed on NPT pipe, or wall-mounted when paired with a compatible projector wall arm such as the PWA-14 series. This configurability makes the PJF2-1 appropriate across a wide range of ceiling types and installation constraints without requiring a different mount for each scenario.

To use the PJF2-1, a custom PAP (Projector Adapter Plate) must be purchased separately for the specific projector model being installed. PAP plates are model-specific, ensuring the projector connects to the mount with the correct alignment and hardware engagement. If the projector is replaced or upgraded at a later date, only the PAP plate needs to be swapped out — the PJF2-1 mount itself stays in place. This modular design is particularly valuable in environments where projector technology may be updated on a regular refresh cycle.

Theft-resistant Armor Lock security hardware protects the projector investment, while two thumb screws allow the projector to be removed quickly from the mount without tools when maintenance or lens cleaning is required. Full roll, pitch, and yaw adjustments allow the image to be precisely aimed at the projection surface. The mount includes an NPT adapter for use with 1.5-inch (3.81 cm) threaded pipe, and a comprehensive range of compatible accessories — extension columns, ceiling plates, cord wraps, and security cables — are available separately to complete the installation.
