The Peerless-AV PT640 Paramount Universal Tilt Wall Mount is a fixed tilt bracket for 32" to 46" flat panel displays, holding screens 2.5" from the wall with adjustable tilt and horizontal positioning for precise placement in any commercial or residential AV installation.
Product Description
The PT640 is part of Peerless-AV’s Paramount series, a line of wall mounts engineered for universal compatibility and reliable performance in professional AV environments. Rated for displays from 32" to 46", the mount holds the screen 2.5" off the wall surface, providing just enough clearance for cable routing while maintaining a low-profile appearance.
The tilt mechanism adjusts from -5° to +15°, accommodating installations where the display is positioned above standard eye level—common in conference rooms, training facilities, and digital signage deployments. An optional locking kit (sold separately) enables the tilt to be fixed in 5° increments, a useful feature in public-facing environments where tampering is a concern.
Horizontal screen adjustment of 6" allows the installer to fine-tune centering after the wall plate is secured, which is particularly helpful when aligning the display with architectural features or adjacent equipment. The open wall plate design maintains access to the wall cavity after installation, simplifying cable management and reducing the need for wall modifications during the rough-in phase.
