Metal stud construction is standard in commercial interior walls, but it presents a specific challenge for large display mounts: the load must be distributed across the available stud framing, and the stud spacing may not line up with a desired display location. The WSP756 addresses this by spanning two metal studs simultaneously, distributing the structural load across a wider attachment footprint while allowing the display to be positioned almost anywhere along the wall surface.

The plate is compatible with 16-, 20-, and 24-inch metal stud spacings, covering the three standard commercial stud centers used in most office, retail, and institutional interiors. Its gloss black finish is both functional and visually neutral, designed to remain unobtrusive against typical commercial wall finishes. The open spacing of the plate is intentionally designed to maximize cable management options, providing multiple paths for routing HDMI, DisplayPort, power, and control cabling through the wall without requiring additional conduit or surface raceways.
