Product Description
The IB14X9C-W cover is designed to finalize recessed in-wall box installations by providing a secure front panel that bolts directly to the compatible Peerless-AV IB14X9(-AC)-W and IB14X14(-AC)-W in-wall box models. The cover transforms the open-face recessed box into a self-contained enclosure with a professional, finished appearance appropriate for conference rooms, lobbies, and other visible installation areas.
Four knockout points on the cover allow cable entry from multiple directions, giving integrators flexibility in routing HDMI, power, and control cables from the wall cavity to the display. Two additional holes with removable plastic plugs accommodate external WiFi antenna connections, enabling the housed media player or AV controller to maintain optimal wireless network bandwidth without signal attenuation from the wall cavity.
The white finish matches the IB14X9-W in-wall box and standard white wall and ceiling surfaces, supporting a consistent aesthetic across the installation.
