The Peerless-AV PLCM-2 is a ceiling mount tilt box designed to work with standard 1.5" NPT extension pipes, offering a flexible and modular approach to flat panel ceiling installations in commercial AV environments.

The PLCM-2 tilt box is a core component in Peerless-AV's modular SmartMount ceiling system. Compatible with standard 1.5" NPT threaded extension pipes, it provides integrators with the flexibility to specify exact drop lengths and configurations for each unique installation. Whether you're deploying displays in a corporate lobby, sports venue, or retail environment, the PLCM-2 accommodates the variability of real-world ceiling conditions.
Installation versatility is a defining characteristic of the PLCM-2. The tilt box can be used in conjunction with Peerless-AV AEC or EXT extension columns and PLP adaptor plates, making it straightforward to configure the right combination for custom ceiling mount applications. VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm mounting patterns are built in, with additional display adaptor plates available separately for non-standard VESA displays.
The PLCM-2 provides -5° to 20° of forward tilt and 360° of swivel adjustment. These adjustments allow installers to dial in precise viewing angles after initial installation, minimizing glare and optimizing sightlines for seated or standing audiences. Note: ceiling plate and extension columns are required and sold separately; display mounting hardware ACC918 is not included.
