Product Overview
The Panamax M4320-PRO BlueBOLT power conditioner is a 1RU, 20-amp rack-mount power conditioner with 8 individually controllable outlets and built-in BlueBOLT IP connectivity for commercial AV rack power management. Designed for AV integrators who need remote outlet control AV rack capability, the M4320-PRO enables power cycling, scheduling, and automated equipment reboot from any web browser via the BlueBOLT cloud platform. Its AVM Automatic Voltage Monitoring and LiFT Linear Filtering Technology deliver uncompromising AC protection and EMI/RFI noise filtration across all outlet banks. Currently available at a reduced price — an excellent opportunity for integrators outfitting multiple rooms.
Product Description
The M4320-PRO is Panamax's highest-amperage Pro Series rack power conditioner, rated at 20 amps with 8 rear-panel outlets and 1 always-on front-panel outlet (9 total). All 8 rear outlets are individually switchable via BlueBOLT, organized into four filter-isolated outlet banks: three standard LiFT-filtered banks for processors, displays, and network equipment, and one high-current bank for amplifiers and other power-hungry devices. Each bank delivers different filtration characteristics — Banks 1, 2, and 3 achieve 76 dB attenuation at 5–250 kHz, while the high-current Bank 4 provides 60 dB at 5–450 kHz — ensuring that different equipment categories receive appropriate noise rejection without impedance mismatches.
BlueBOLT IP power management is built into the M4320-PRO at no additional cost. Once connected to the facility network via standard Ethernet, the unit registers with the BlueBOLT cloud platform at mybluebolt.com, giving the integrator or facility manager browser-based control over every outlet. Outlets can be turned on or off individually, grouped into sequences, scheduled for automatic power cycling at set times, and configured to automatically reboot network devices when connectivity is lost. This IP power management AV integrator capability eliminates truck rolls for simple power resets and allows after-hours management of remote AV systems without requiring on-site staff.
The AVM circuit monitors incoming line voltage continuously. If voltage exceeds 134V or drops below 100V, the M4320-PRO executes a Protect or Disconnect response — removing power from connected equipment until the line returns to a safe range. This non-degrading protection method is distinct from standard MOV-based protectors, which lose effectiveness with each surge event. The M4320-PRO also includes a front-panel circuit breaker, 12V DC trigger input for integration with control systems, and a detachable 10-foot power cord with a 20-amp plug for direct connection to dedicated 20A circuits. Signal-side protection covers 1 LAN port, 1 telephone line, and 2 coaxial cable/satellite connections.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does BlueBOLT work on the M4320-PRO?
BlueBOLT is Panamax's cloud-based IP power management platform. Once the M4320-PRO is connected to the facility network via its built-in Ethernet port, it registers with the BlueBOLT cloud at mybluebolt.com. From any web browser or the BlueBOLT app, integrators and facility managers can switch individual outlets on or off, create scheduled power on/off events, configure automated network device reboot when a ping fails, and monitor energy consumption — all without needing to be on-site.
Q: Does BlueBOLT require a subscription fee?
Panamax BlueBOLT 2.0 does not require a paid subscription for core functionality including remote outlet control, scheduling, and automated reboot. The M4320-PRO comes with BlueBOLT access included. Check mybluebolt.com for current service terms.
Q: What happens to the outlets if the network connection is lost?
If network connectivity is lost, the M4320-PRO continues to power all connected equipment normally. The outlets remain in their last commanded state. BlueBOLT control is unavailable during a network outage, but the unit's physical power protection functions — AVM, surge protection, and filtration — continue operating without interruption.
Q: How many outlets are independently controllable?
All 8 rear-panel outlets are individually controllable via BlueBOLT or Telnet. The 1 front-panel outlet is always-on and not remotely switchable. Outlets can also be controlled in limited fashion using the front-panel buttons or 12V DC trigger input.
Q: What is the difference between the M4320-PRO and the M4315-PRO?
The primary difference is amperage: the M4320-PRO is rated at 20 amps while the M4315-PRO is rated at 15 amps. The M4320-PRO also includes a detachable 10-foot power cord with a 20A plug, suitable for dedicated 20A circuits. Both models share the same outlet configuration, BlueBOLT connectivity, filtration technology, and surge protection ratings.
Q: What is the surge protection rating?
The M4320-PRO carries a UL 1449 Voltage Protection Rating of 500V (L-N), 2700 Joules energy dissipation, and a 135,000A peak impulse current rating. Surge protection uses Panamax's Protect or Disconnect technology — a non-sacrificial method that does not degrade with repeated surge events.
