The Vizrt CC-SMAS CaptureCast Space Maintenance and Support subscription provides software maintenance and technical support for a single CaptureCast Space license. This service plan keeps an individual Space workflow current with software updates and provides technical support access for that specific Space during the coverage term.
Product Description
Each CaptureCast Space represents an independent concurrent workflow running on a CaptureCast NDI unit. The CC-SMAS plan covers a single Space license, providing access to software maintenance updates and technical support for that workflow. Organizations running CaptureCast in multi-room environments with multiple active Space subscriptions should plan one CC-SMAS plan per Space to maintain full update and support coverage across all concurrent workflows. The plan renews annually and is aligned to the corresponding Space subscription renewal.
